All in all, the stay was ok , with the exception of stopped up sink, paint peeling off the bottom of the shower which had a dirty look. The highlight of the stay was Ashley the front desk person that had people skills whatsoever. Her attitude was aggressively hostile as were trying to leave. It was only 15 min after 11 and didnt warant that type of treatment. It was an unpleasant experience.
I really like the size of the rooms, bed is very comfortable and it's very peaceful. I'm very pleased with the price also. Only bad thing was the breakfast not a lot to choose from and the eggs were terrible. The room wasn't clean at all their was still soap in the shower stall. Bathroom is very small. Other then that I was pleased with the staff and the spacious rooms for the price.
This was a last minute stop for us, they had a room available, were affordable and friendly. Our room was clean, had all the amenities we needed and a nice sized towel. My kids of course wanted to get into the pool, it wasn't warm but they were happy enough with it. Breakfast was more than I had ever seen at a continental. I see complaints about the eggs but I had never even seen eggs available at a continental breakfast.
Stayed overnight. Room Floors were dirty. Hall /stairs carpets were dirty. Staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was not fresh. Scrambled eggs were hard. Waffle machine empty. Breakfast started at 6, we were there before 7.
Service is always lovely. Rooms are spotless and spacious. Our favorite to stay as far as hotels.
The staff are very friendly, polite and courteous. The staff who do the room cleaning are very thorough. They never miss a thing my room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. I am so impressed with the service and hospitality. It would be worth your time to make a reservation at this hotel if you are traveling through.
